Turbo Mode in Palermo! Chronicle of an Impeccable Workout

The last session through the Bosques de Palermo was pure fluidity, zero drama for the joints, and the kind of pace that’s a joy to look at on your watch.
Here is the "behind the scenes" of this run:
•    Light feet, happy joints: With a cadence between 174 and 184 spm, I was in running’s sweet spot. No heavy footsteps, no overexertion: the perfect technique to fly low and protect the knees.
•    Lap 3 was pure fire 🔥: I saved some engine for the middle of the run, and the third lap ended up being the fastest. That’s how you manage energy and pull off an impeccable gear change!
•    Hill-proof: Palermo has its gentle ups and downs (nothing dramatic, a maximum elevation gain of 23 meters), but the best part was that the pace didn't even notice. I kept a constant speed as if on autopilot, proving that aerobic engine is getting sharper and sharper.
📊 The Runner's Check-Up
•    Cadence: 174–184 spm (Bordering perfection! Top-tier running form).
•    Pace: 6'04"/km (That aerobic "cruise" pace that builds the endurance of steel you’ll thank yourself for on your next long run).
•    Terrain: Those small inclines weren't an obstacle, but the perfect gym to work the stabilizing muscles and gain strength without even realizing it.

Conclusion: A solid, smart, and super fun workout to look at in the numbers. Let's keep clocking up the kilometers with this same energy! 🚀
